Default BMR customer sevice

Ordered a couple of small items in the last couple of weeks, trans crossmember and mount.
Items went out the same day, email sent with tracking #'s within a few hours. Unbelievable!
Then after I receive the items, I get a follow up call to see if I was happy with the items and if there is anything else they can do for me. Who are these guys???

I'm very happy with them to say the least, keep up the good work guys!
