terrible experience with forced inductions
first started over a year ago, i ordered a turbo and waited a few weeks before i had no further contact with them. i called them and they said they ordered it through turbonetics and to talk with them, their part is done.. talked with turbonetics and they never received an order. after talking and complaining with forced ind. they got it through and then all was well once turbonetics had the torch...
a friend got a turbo and waited a couple months and huge lack of communication but i don't know the specifics so i wont say any more..
over a month ago i ordered a turbo blanket... a couple weeks after ordering i called to make sure they got the order and sent it out (since i ordered it online) they said yea it shipped out last tues... waited a couple weeks no word.... i called literally 20 times left a couple messages to call back got nothing finally got a hold of them today and asked for a tracking number... he called the manufacture if it had been shipped out they said it was delivered to the wrong address and they shipped out a new one (were they ever gonna let me know?)... i asked for the tracking number and he said well it hasn't shipped the new one but i can give you the old one(what good does that do me?)... ok, i took it and said to either give me a tracking number for the new one by the end of the day or refund my money and all the sudden its shipped out that day... oh and btw the "old" tracking number wasn't even a real number on ups. i don't think i ever would have got it if i didn't spend every day for the past two weeks trying to call these people... still havn't got it but i got a tracking number today and its gonna be here in 6 days.
oh every time, my card was charged right away
