Whats the problem with TEXAS-SPEED?
I went online an ordered the exhaust, then they took the $450 out of my account and sent me an e-mail saying they cannot ship it to my work because it is a different adress from the card i use. I do not see the problem, I have been using the same card, and having all my parts shipped to my work for the past 3 years now. I'm almost done with them, Its like they don't want to sell parts.
Either way I need to get a hold of them to either have them sent the exhaust or re-fund my money.
We don't ship to addresses that don't verify to the credit card. It's pretty simple as it prevents credit card fraud and protects both the customer and TSP. If you want it shipped to your work address, you can call your card company and put it as an alternate shipping address. It literally takes 2 minutes as we do it all the time. I'm sorry if it is an inconvenience but it is our company policy. We have not charged your order, there is just an authorization on the account from your attempt to order online. We manually capture all online orders once they are processed. We have not charged your card at this time.
Like I said, if you can't get through, PM me your number and I'll call you or give me your name and I'll find the order so we can get the order processed ASAP and get your parts headed your way.
