yukon with power I have a 2004 yukon with a p1 procharger, cam, heads were worked over, bottom end has forged pistons and rods. It a new build but problems are coming up that are a little disturbing it seems like i'm going through oil between oil changes I have to add about 1qt to 1qt and 1/2. I took the hose that went from the passanger valve cover to the procharger and blocked it off. Then installed a mini cone (looks like air filter). But I left the pcv valve side alone. From the beginning of the built the shop started off easy to deal with but the after 9 mths of run arounds it got bad. They didn't put main ground strap from engine block to fire wall. After they charged me more money even though i was the one to find problem. They said the tune was fine and having a floating ground wouldn't effect the performance. It sure effected everything else though ''till i fixed it''. So bottom line is i'm losing oil have a code that comes up about random miss fire, then sometime check engine light for that code will go away "crazy". Also cheched plugs there a little on the dirty dark side. Could it be the tune that is causing all my problems? Could that procharger be pushing oil pass the rings? I just need help I'm new to the sport and it seems like i'm ghetting to many differnt answers. thanks
