Jeremy, thanks for the PM! I've changed your email address on your invoice. You're correct - everything that you haven't received thusfar is coming to you directly from Monster and as soon as I get a tracking number from them, I'll definitely forward it to you. They've been ~a week behind on their orders due to the holiday rush. I apologize for the delay!

-Joey

Thanks for the order buddy! Good talking with you.

well today is feb 20th and i am going on vacation this week and was planning on doing the install while on vacation. i explained i would be going on vacation and would like to have the clutch in time to do so. So this morning i called monster to at least find out the status of my order and possible wait time on the clutch so i would have a idea when i might be able to start the install and i find out that monster doesn't even have a order from tick performance for me, so i am sure you guys will kinda understand my dissapointment in knowing i have been waiting since feb 9th for a clutch that monster has no clue about according to monster as of 10:50am this morning. i have kept up with the boards with the monster clutch delays as far as flywheels and could accept those types of delays but i now feel i have been waiting for something at this point will never show up until this is resolved. i did send joey a pm and tried to call him but they are closed today, i do want to thank monster for letting me know the status of my order at least now i know where i stand on getting my clutch.

this morning

well it looks as if this week will be a wasted week as far as installing my clutch, i got a pm from joey at tick performance stating the clutch was never ordered and that the clutch was ordered this morning, so i called monster to verify the order and steve told me that the order was placed today and that the clutch would be shipping toward the end of this week. this has been one of my worst experiences with any vendor from ls1tech in all the years i have been a member on ls1tech and i have bought parts from many vendors on this site. the lack of realibility from tick performance is just plain dissappointing and just plain makes me , again i thank ls1tech for being a great site and thus the main reason even considering using tick performance in the purchase of there clutch package but after this experience and lack of customer satisfaction i will not be ordering anything from them again. i just wanted to share this experience with all who read this because i have waited since feb 9th for this clutch package and waited as the days went by for my vacation to do this install. now the time has come and i have nothing but bad news about recieving the clutch. with steve telling me the clutch wouldn't ship till later this week just confirms that this week will be a unproductive week for my clutch install and this just plain disgusts me because i should have had my clutch intime to do this install during this time. thanks steve for letting me know the details of my order even though i did not order directly from you, had i know this would have worked out this way i would have ordered direct.

This situation was rectified as soon as it was brought to my attention. You called on Saturday, but we are closed on Saturday & Sunday so it was corrected as soon as I came into the office on Monday morning.

No excuses here - I just flat out made a mistake and failed to forward your order to Monster. As soon as it was brought to my attention, I apologized to you via PM reply here on LS1tech and ordered the clutch with Monster, who will be shipping it to you ASAP. I will forward you a tracking number as soon as it is available.

Your post mentions that you've got everything else you ordered from us already - let me know if there is anything else we can do to correct the situation for you. Again, I apologize for the goof - it is 100% my fault.

well i am looking forward to being able to install this setup this week, i am curious to see the difference the tick master cylinder makes along with the monster clutch, both have great reviews thus the main reason for purchasing both.

The Tick & Monster Package that we sell is an extremely popular setup, and it'll shift and drive very well for you. Please make sure you keep us posted with how you like it once all is installed and broken in!
