Long story short I bought and installed a bolt in manual rack from them. Things did not fit with my setup like I had planned (It fit the way it was designed to just not with my wheels). I called Burkhart spoke with Chuck what a great guy. From the onset he told me he would do whatever made me happy including a full refund if I desired. He is sending me the brackets and shaft I need to convert to a weld in setup and then I will return the current brackets. Customer service with these guys is very evident and is priority one. Very pleasing to have this kind of company backing it's products.
