FTI taking the "extra step" for me!
Boy am I glad i called! I immediately was greeted with "we'll make it right, box it up and ship it back. AND we will ship it back out same day we get it".
I was blown away. I shipped it out Monday afternoon, and pm'd Greg@FTI on ls1tech to make sure he was aware of the situation. I called on Wednesday when it showed as arrived at FTI. I spoke to a different person at FTI, and she was also aware of my situation, and also confirmed with Greg it will go out same day. I know you guys dealing with race parts knows NOTHING ever goes quickly or on time, haha.
Suprising to me, bam, the converter shows back up on Friday after being shipped back out same day. They even included the installation bolts/nuts so I didnt have to go looking all over town. Top it off with Greg even sending a follow up PM just to make sure all went well on the install.
I just wanted to share my experience. If their product performs HALF as well as their customer service, I'll be grinning from ear to ear!
