Afterthought Auto.....never recived order Hey
kinda disappointed order simple key lock covers almost 2 weeks ago and never received them
My Friend who has recently has ordered the same item said it takes time but he got his in a week i m pushing 2 weeks...
i m not mad but i sent 2 emails and got no replies saying there on back order or when i should get them just took my money and never answered me back

Same thing happened to me with them with a set of fuel rail covers a while ago & by the time it was all sorted out the part had been discontinued.... But they were very friendly & helpful over the phone & I have done business with them since & would still recomend them, it may be out of their controle so I would give them another shot.

But yeah, just give them a call and they'll sort it out for you. when it comes to a business, phone calls are much easier than emails to communicate through.

I'm sorry we missed your emails. They were not getting sorted into an order inquiry folder and our general email folder can get backed up at times. I did find your order from the 11th and we have it pending for one more lock cover. We had one but thought we would wait to get both together before mailing. We should have updated your status to let you know. We haven't charged you for them yet, as we generally do that when ready to ship unless the item is a custom/special order. We expect the lock covers any day now and can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail for free if you still want the order. Just let me know. I sent you an email as well.
Always feel free to give us a call if an email isn't getting answered and you have product or order questions. Sometimes we just don't get them due to spam filters or email filters, etc.
Thanks guys for the nice comments. Appreciate it and your business. And yes, the fuel rail covers of years ago were on a long long wait. One person was doing them as a side job and it was very hard to manage. We have since taken it in house and enlisted the help of a paint shop. Most orders are ready in no more than 3-4 weeks if all goes smoothly, some faster.
