Thanks Nitrous Outlet. Thank you for NOT getting my part to me on time. The part was supposed to ship tuesday via usps prority mail, and now its saturday and its not here. whats funny is ordered something from another nitrous company on the same day and got it TWO days ago via usps priority. so whats great is its saturday and i was gonna go to beech bend so i could start dialing in for LTX shootout. well dont look like thats gonna happen. Ill probably back out of it now. there goes my entry fee for that too. So nitrous outlet if your reading this im letting you know i will be sending the part back and you can keep my money. just know that you lost my buisiness forever, peace.
I apologize for what ever issue there may be. What is the name on your order so I can look it up Monday when I get to work. If you were on a time restraint why would you ask to ship it through the post office? With post office shiping we have no control over anything. We can not track the shipment, we can not control anypart of the shipment, and it has to be driven down to the post office which normaly does not happen until the following day.
I honstly prefer not to offer any post office shiping due to issues just like this. We started offering it because customers were complaining about paying a couple extra dollars to ship through ups for something as small and cheap as a nitrous jet.
I do tell my guys to try to not suggest post office shiping but if they do have a customer upset over the ups shiping cost wanting post office to make sure they explain the disadvantages of using the post office and that there are no gaurantee to delivery time.
If my employee did not explain that to you when you placed the order I apologize and I will handle it first thing Monday morning.
Unfortintly using the post office is a waiting game with no way of seeing where the package is in route. If it were ups I could pull up the tracking number and give you a delivery day, what city and state it is at, and if there was an issue I could call a ups rep and resolve it. This is why ups coat a few extra dollars and worth every penny.
I am sorry for the troubles. I know that does not make things better for you today. But I will try to see what is going on Monday morning. I will need the name your order is under.
