Default Nitrous Outlet and shipping.

First let me say that they make an outstanding product and Ive had 0 issues with anything they produce.

But, I have some issues. I placed an order with them the week before the 4th of july for the amout of like $1,300. Well about a day after I place my order they have a 4th of july sale for 10% off. Would it of killed them to tell me that? Not really an issue, but a little goes a long way with me.

But I get my 2010 plate kit in...was supposed to be the complete kit. In the mail I reveived the basic kit....minus the throttle body extension harness. No, problem I call the up they send me a harness and tell me the rest of my order got held up because the FJO controller I ordered didnt come in.

A few days later I receive the FJO controller and the rest of the complete kit....minus spark plugs. I call them up and they tell me I didnt pay for spark plugs....but it shows it in the complete kit. Whatever.

Now I find out that you shouldnt run a 150 shot on the 2010 unless you at least change out some of the fuel line do to there being so many bends. Great more money I get to spend to get what the kit is supposed to do in the first place. So last tuesday I order their fuel line kit...which they say is in stock and a 2010 camaro bottle bracket which they say will be back in their shop later that day. I told them I had scheduled to have my car tuned on tuesday...almost a week away.

Well friday rolls around and nothing. I figure maybe saturday it will get here...nothing. Alright it will show up on monday I can throw on the new lines and still make it to the tuner tuesday.

Monday rolls around and I give them a call. Well they didnt have all the parts for the fuel line kit.....like they said they did on tuesday so they didnt even ship them yet. They tell me they will call me back but never got around to it. Oh and guess what...another 10% off sale a few days after I order....which again kicks in before I even get my products.LOL

So I had to cancel my appointment to get tuned and miss my one tuesday I was going to have off to make it to the track. Needless to say Im not the happiest camper right now.

Your staff is very knowledgeable on the phone and polite, but there never seems to be honesty when it comes to when products will ship....that and forgetting parts

If you guys were any other company I would of abandoned ship, but your product reputation keeps my business alone.

I apologize for the poor communication on our part. seems we have had some communication issues I need to address in the morning meeting.

We have been having issues getting parts from suppliers on the times they tell us we are going to have them. The sales guys are working off what they are told. When everything is working smooth it works great but lately with the economy the way it has been some of our suppliers are not doing very well with meeting time lines or reasonable ship dates.

I was working back orders yeatserday and seen a order with the fuel line upgrade for the 2010. I called to fine out wehre in the word our fragola order was and remembered they are on an anual shut down. I will be calling there outside fiel rep tommorow to find out where our fittings are.

No matter what my sales staff should be keeping you updated so you could make other plans if need be. If nothing else we could have giver you a part break down so you could get the fittings from summit or something if they had them in stock.

I see the problem and you have every right to be fustrated. I will address it and call you myself tommorow.

Sorry for the inconvience and our poor communication.
Thanks
Dave

Dean, I tried calling you yesterday to let you know what I had found out and what options we had. Your voice mail is full. Give me a call when you can.
Thanks
