Ok, so a buddy of mine ordered a cam from Vengeance and had a nice experience with them. To my understanding, he received his cam a week and a half after he placed his order. On June 18th I ordered a VRX5 Cam kit. About a week later I called and asked if it was ok to change to a VRX6. They said that wouldnt be a problem since they hadn't done anything with the order yet, so no big deal I did it. 6 1/2 weeks after that, my order status was still "Awaiting fullfillment" And don't get me wrong, I called almost every day... no answer, or I would leave a message with no returned call. Finally, I got ahold of them somewhere during the first week of August. They told me they couldnt find any info on the order except that I had placed it on on June 18th, and they would call me back after lunch. Well, I got no call. So I called again the next day. They told me the reason it took so long was because I had changed to a VRX6 and they were on back order for those grinds. 7 weeks of back order? Sounds kind of weird since they said it would be no problem to switch. He assured me my cam would ship it out immediately and would arrive at my house Monday or Tuesday (8/16/10, or 8/17/10). I just got an email today (8/18/2010) saying my order shipped. That is 2 months even now! On top of that, UPS says the tracking order isn;t valid yet. So, now it looks like another week without the cam. Now I will have to call and cancel my appointment to have the car tuned. Not trying to bash anyone here, just a rant. I had heard a lot of very good things about Vengeance but this was unbelievable. It wouldn't be half as bad if they would have at least returned one of the calls from the minimum of 10 voicemails I left.
