Just wanted to say that Greg and his crew at FTI are top notch. I took advantage of a recent sale, He took the time to talk to me for 20+ minutes on the phone about my setup, what I wanted out of it and what he could do to improve it. The first question when I said I was ready to order was about what size T Shirt I wore, always awesome to get swag.

He also responded to emails promptly and I even got a response back after business hours from a blackberry. I ordered on Tuesday 2/15, the converter shipped on 2/17 and I just got it in my hands today.

Awesome customer service and a great company to deal with. I can't wait to get the pink one out and this converter installed!
