My name is Marty and I would like to apologize for the poor customer service you received from SDPC. Please be assured that poor customer service is NOT our goal at SDPC! I can tell you NO reason why your order was screwed up from the beginning but I CAN say that we dropped the ball on a number of levels. I hope you will accept my apology and give SDPC another chance to be your parts supplier. I know you have ordered from another supplier but please give us another chance to make things right and help you in the future.
