Thunder is awesome!! Ive never had a problem and my stuff goes out the same day. Everything Ive ordered has been in stock, even some $$$$$$ parts that I didnt think would be I get the stuff in 3 days from them. Ive bought everything but one think from them and will continue to do so.

Best bet is to call them. Most sponsors cant reply to email the same day.

I agree with Tim 100%.

And like the others have said, with them staying as busy as they do, that sometimes doesn't allow them to reply to emails as quickly as one might be hoping for. If you call them on the phone they will be more than happy to take care of you. Great place, great people.

Seriously, sometimes emails do get dropped. I can't answer all of mine. Pick up the phone and call them. Harass them about dropping your email. They love it. (just kidding)

Even I have to give Paul a *nudge* every once in a while about an email. But their customer service goes way beyond average, exceeds my expectations. I'm very happy to have been doing business with them. How Paul put up with my 4 emails a day while they were building my motor, I don't know..... wait... maybe that's why he didn't respond to all of them.

Will I do business with them again? Absolutely. They're the best. I've spent more there than I paid for my car.

I've done tons of business with Thunder, sometimes they may not be too quick to respond to emails. But if you call them, you'll have an answer within a minute.

They're always lightning quick on shipping too. Living here in Houston, generally if I order parts on say Monday morning, they will ship out Monday evening and I will have them in my hand on Tuesday (via UPS Ground). I've ordered nearly every part for my car either online from them, or on the phone through Paul. They're all awesome people over there to deal with.

Ordered once, and I'll order again. Great service, my stuff shipped out the same day, I got it a day or 2 later. Very nice.

Thunder may have been slow in responding to your email, but think about this...

First, how many parts sponsors even have email.

Second, the very few that do have an email address never check it.

I would vote Thunder Racing #1 in both phone customer service as well as email customer service, when you look at the industry we're dealing with.

I moved this post to the Buyer & Seller Feedback forum, after all that's what it's for!

As far as Thunder Racing goes, they are probably one of the most reputable sponsors we have here on LS1Tech!!

Dude, you created this thread over not getting a response to an email....

Emails get dropped all the time, not to mention TR especially gets TONS of email and couldn't possibly keep up with every single one. If you need a part, use the phone and call them. That's what they hired people to answer the phones for....

I have never had a problem with Thunder Racing. I have placed over a dozen orders in the past, and they ALWAYS came through.

Emails can get lost in the shuffle, give them a call.
