Ky speed 
Well since i cant get a answer when i call you guys may i get your attention this waywhere is my HP tuner ? order#921 its hard to believe it has been 18 days since i placed my order and still no item

2nd:yes you did send me an email notifiyng me that the address was wrong and i returned an email tell you what i just said.
3rd: the last time i spoke to someone there they said that the package was shipped.
4th: up to time of this post i have not recieved am email confirming that my money has been refunded or that the order is canceled
you need to understand that my car is DOWN bc it needs a tune. you got you money so i should have had my tuner. So dont make it look like its a address mistake.

maybe because you dont have it? as easy as that. where is the so called email you sent?
where is the part you mail last week ? thats what i thought! I just hope this is over soon i always want to give the retailers the support, i should have just gone straight to HP.

but u sure charged the card to a unconfirmed addy, didnt you ?why didnt you say that from the get go... excuses excuses.... there you it have ppl.... and still no email about the refund of money of cancelation of order
