Bryan @ SpeedInc Just wanted to give a much needed thank you to Bryan for helping me with my order.
First of all, I work on an offshore rig, so my internet is very spotty and intermittent at best. I placed an order for a Chrs1313 non-AC ram air kit online and clicked PayPal as the way to pay. Apparently I dropped my connection, and by that time I had to get back out on deck as lunch time was over.
Bryan sent me an email and let me know he received my order, but no payment details. This was sent on the 1st. I never had a chance to get a hold of him till later the next week, but he still honored the sale.
That speaks volumes to me. Trust and full communication, as well as taking the time & talking to someone like they actually matter, even though their order doesn't have a comma in the price.
Bryan, thanks for everything, for the waiting and the understanding, and I will definately be ordering more from you guys in the near future.
