Umi ftw! While training over 1500mi from home, I needed some parts shipped on a certain date to my home. Ryan @ UMI responded to all my PMs, after business hours, and had my parts waiting for me when I got home. After installing some front shock spacers, I jokingly told Ryan they were 1/32 thinner than advertised. Without even asking, he overnighted another pair to me at no charge and apologized.
Shortly after, I made the mistake of purchasing some LCA relocation brackets from a different, larger suspension company. They failed to include the hardware and wouldnt respond to my PMs. Once again, Ryan stepped up and told me exactly which bolts to purchase from my local hardware store, saving me money as well.
Because of him willing to go the extra mile, responding to my PMs over a $20 part, and helping me fix a problem when a competitor refused to, UMI has earned a customer for life
