Thumbs down Thunder Racing

In February, I ordered some valve springs from their webpage that were marked in stock. 6 weeks later I call them up, the springs are on back order, so i canceled the order no problem. Since communication was responsive, I decided to try them again. This time I called them to order a cam, asked what the average shipping time was (5-10 business days) and did they for see any issues it would be delayed, which they replied no. I let them know that my motor was at a shop getting a stroker kit put in, and id like to be accurate to them as possible, and they told me not to worry. at the 14th day i called them twice a week for the next 3 weeks, totaling 5 weeks. each call was answered, and responded with the same run around response of "we put the order in, it should be here some time the end of this week or next week" on the 5th week they said they are working on that grind of a cam and it should get to them next week, and to me the week after, so now we are talking 7 weeks. I requested to cancel the order and now im waiting for my money to show up in my account. with dealing with them only twice, and seeing all the feedback on this forum, its safe to say that ship times are well over a month if ever at all.

Not a sponsor here anymore, and for good reason obviously.

According to ThunderStruk's user title, unless he switched companies or something, they're still a sponsor, his sig still has all the Thunder Racing stuff in it. Hasn't been online since May though.

But yeah they're off the vendor list and they've been removed from other forums as well.
