Texas- Speed and Performance I received what appeared to be a defective clutch disk from RAM. I shot TSP an e-mail and Trevor and the guys at TSP immediately offered to replace the clutch disk free of charge and sent it to me with over night shipping. TSP has customer service second to none. I have ordered from the countless times and nothing has every been damaged or defective. I will order anything and everything from them in the future and highly recommend other LS1tech members to do so as well, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you for the kind words Dave! It's rare to see issues with products out of the box, but they do happen once in a blue moon. When they do, we want to make sure the customer is taken care of ASAP! Like you, most have their car torn apart and need it back up and running immediately. Ram is also an excellent company to work with, and they were quick to make sure that it's taken care of properly. We have a replacement disc shipping out from our facility today, and you will have it tomorrow.
