God knows, I've bought my share of parts. LOL.
Your parts were shipped as you were told. You got a USPS flat-rate box that had been mis-routed several times and delivered well over a week after it shipped. Jackie had to make a special trip to the post office to figure out what happened to your package, after I chewed her *** for dropping the ball on the package that the postal service had dropped the ball on.
I prefer not to ship via postal service because of the lack of a good tracking system like UPS or Fedex.
We deal with dozens of customers a day and try to give them each the individual attention they deserve, but when a customer blows up my phone 5 or 6 times in a row while I am trying to talk to another customer on the line, my tolerance for their bullshit gets pretty low.
A vendor can also "fire the customer" and when you started out by complaining about the cost of my 4L80E recalibration kit because it was "just a plate and some gaskets" you didn't leave a good impression.
