Default Do not buy from jakes performance!!!!

Ive heard many good things about jake,but I wouldnt spend another dime of mines at that place.i placed a order 2 weeks ago that arrived with missing parts that I had to beg just to get a tracking number for.instead he just tells you itll be there.i call about my missing parts and they telll me itll be shipped next day.i wait several days still no parts.i csll asking for confirmation number and lady tells me post office didnt print it.yeah right.jake gets on phone,gets rude as hell and hangs up in my face.so I called back and ask why was I hung up on and the lady assures me he didnt...yea right.so here we go 6 days later still no package.even though she told me it was shipped flat rate which doesnt take more than 3 business days.everytime I call now someone plays on the phone like little kids.i guess they have caller id.they always direct me to "jackie" about my order who is never at the shop...smh.jakes performance can suck my di•k

Damn, you can't win, with any sponsors on here.
Next time you need parts, call me and I might can steer you in the right direction.
God knows, I've bought my share of parts. LOL.

I'll take a moment to respond to this.

Your parts were shipped as you were told. You got a USPS flat-rate box that had been mis-routed several times and delivered well over a week after it shipped. Jackie had to make a special trip to the post office to figure out what happened to your package, after I chewed her *** for dropping the ball on the package that the postal service had dropped the ball on.

I prefer not to ship via postal service because of the lack of a good tracking system like UPS or Fedex.
We deal with dozens of customers a day and try to give them each the individual attention they deserve, but when a customer blows up my phone 5 or 6 times in a row while I am trying to talk to another customer on the line, my tolerance for their bullshit gets pretty low.
A vendor can also "fire the customer" and when you started out by complaining about the cost of my 4L80E recalibration kit because it was "just a plate and some gaskets" you didn't leave a good impression.
