Tick Performance has a new dedicated customer!
I had a PayPal issue that would have slowed everything up(echeck because one of my payment methods expired). Most companies would have said "tough luck" and hung up, or gone through a series of pointless hoops for me to jump through. Either way, I called them up and asked if there was something I could do to get it quicker. Within 5 minutes they had cancelled the PayPal and taken my debit card instead!
I called again today, I was afraid of sounding annoying, but I was also afraid that the PayPal issue would screw up my small window of time to get these parts and fix my transmission before classes start next week. I called them to see if I could upgrade my shipping so I could get it this week. I was assured that I would get it this week with my current shipping anyway, and that they would message me if there was any delay.
The thing is, my order was only $80; obviously I am not a high profile customer. Despite this, they dealt with my concerns as if I were a high profile/high paying customer and I am very pleased with them.
Their customer service is top notch!
