From: Muscle Shoals AL,
Well here is my story. Back around the end of last year I purchased a new Lunati foreged rotating assembly for a biuld that I was doing. I finally got serious and sent everything over to the machine shop a week or so ago. After my assembler cruntched the numbers it was determined that the pistons that I goy wouldn't supply me with my desired compression. Although they sent what was ordered originally. I called them back up and Spoke with John ( Great Guy ). He asked had the pistons been installed on the reods and in the box. I proceeded to explain to him that only 1 piston had been removed from the plastic to be looked at abd CC'd. He told me that if I sent them back to them that they would be more than welcome to ship me out replacement no charge shipping only. In my opinion that was going above and beyond as I have had the piston about 9 months. I have to give them KUDOS as I received them Friday and now the block cam be bored out abd the build can proceed.
John, thanks a bunch I truly appreciate it very much John also let Dustin know that his customer service was A1 as well.
