i was tuning 07 Acadia on the website said 2 credit as soon i download the pcm software from the vehicle and it want 4 credits contact hp they said because im using old software and they will not credit me back this really **** me off i been support them with good amount of cash for credit but this is how they treat customer im going over to EFI **** HP

 

Roughly 1 month ago we dropped the pricing for the alloytech's http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...t-pricing-drop and it is clearly stated you MUST update your software for the pricing to take effect. As always if you have a question about pricing simply email us BEFORE applying the license and we'll get you taken care of. Once you've licensed a particular file there is nothing we can do.

 

i email you guys and havnt heard back for about week and half plus i don't check forum how do i know i need update, should u guys send out an email with an update instead? oh well just because of 2 credits and you guys willing to lose my business ? alrite EFI Live here i come
