A friend and I placed an order with Joseph from Forced Inductions about a month ago. We ordered two Precision turbos, a PT6262 and a PT5858, and a Borg Warner S476 with a billet wheel and race cover. We were told it would be about 1-2 weeks before we would receive our turbos.
About two weeks went by without any kind of invoice or communication. So, we called them up to see what was going on. According to them the parts for the Borg Warner were just received and they were going to begin assembly; and they haven't heard anything on the Precision turbos yet.
Another week went by so we called them again. They said Precision is still building the turbos and the Borg Warner is about ready to ship.
We thought, alright that's fine, we will see what the next week brings.
After another week (this current week: 4/1/14) we called again. They said that Precision is running behind and that the Borg Warner would get shipped ASAP. Well we called Precision and asked how fast they could get us the turbos.. they told us 2 days.. we have been waiting a month! So we ended up calling Forced Inductions for the final time to cancel the order and there were no questions asked, no hassle, or anything at all? They sounded like they never even were working on them at all...?
All in all, we got the order cancelled and sent our business elsewhere.
To anyone in the market for turbos, research the company you are looking at before committing to anything!
