i have e-mailed you several times and have even left phone messages at your place of work, to no response. I have paid $304.95 to include the core charge. I understand that you were out of town for some time, but i feel that 3 months is ample time for you to send me by t.b. please let me know what your intentions are, to refund me my money or send the t.b. No flames intended, but i am very fustrated right now.
