SGM 1998 Firebird Formula Hardtop:

Ordered the Stage 1 - T56 rebuild (new bearings, Viper 2nd gear and the steel 3-4 shift fork upgrade (with some additional replacement parts when teardown was done), as well as a LS7 clutch kit and also the Tick hydraulic upgrade kit.

After the install and adjustments, I took the Formula for a test drive. The transmission has never performed like this since new (I’m the original owner). It shifts great, the adjustable MC has made fine tuning a breeze and the remote bleeder made the dreaded clutch-bleed process a walk-in-the-park.

Looking forward to some spirited driving after the break-in is over.
