I ordered sub frame connectors through a vendor. I waited a week and a half with no update on shipping. I contacted the vendor about it and they didn't have an answer. I cancelled my order. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a refund. Don't worry though, you charge my card the day it's ordered, but drag your feet with a refund.

Then sam strano saves the day. I placed an order with them for sub frame connectors on Monday and called with my card info. The package shipped Tuesday and I received and installed it Wednesday. Super friendly, with great customer service with a good price.

I look forward to ordering some strano Springs with Konis and a watts link for my 4th gen soon.
