WS6 Store Working in advertising i see all sorts of business conducted. Good and bad. So I feel it is necessary to give a shout out to Mike Kaser and RPM Speed/WS6 Store for doing the dirty work for me. Had an LS7 clutch have mechanical failure after 11 months. I call Mike to see what my options are expecting a phone number to call or just a "we can't help you." But instead he takes on the task of calling GM and sorting it out and calling me back to let me know I can have it warrantied and the next step.
I deal with hundred of businesses and thousands of people. Mike and his crew are second to none. Over the past year since I've had my car they have developed a lifelong customer.
