to make matters worse once my call reached its intended target he gave me bad information cancelling my order and transferring me to another salesman. This new salesman informed me what I was just told, was completely wrong,had no idea why I was told what I was told and could not correct the issue. So I had to start the order process all over again. If I had not spent so much time and effort to find the Cam I wanted I would have went elsewhere. I am sorely disappointed especially after so many recommendations.
I'm sorry to hear that you were on hold for so long. It is our intention to answer all the calls as quickly as possible. A lot of customers like to chat for a while about their goals, and we want to be as helpful as possible and answer as many questions as possible. During Racing season we do get swamped with tech and sales calls. We give everybody the time they need to resolve all of their questions. This does result in having to wait on hold for other customers.
All of our Tech/Sales guys are in a "bullpen" area. They are all next to each other, but chances are they are helping other racers. Proximity doesn't really matter when looking for a certain person. I can't really speak on your other issue since there are no details about what happened. I would like to hear what happened and make sure everything was resolved.
