I bought my turbo kit from them during their group purchase a year ago, and had my whole cold side powdercoated ( which looks sweet, btw ). I decided to mock it up in my car and discovered that the BOV flange was in a spot that wasn't going to work for my application. I emailed them and told them what my trouble was, and that I needed a new pipe with the flange in a different location. Said I'd pay for it, seeing as it had been a year since I bought it. They asked for measurements and pics, so I sent them, and they got right to work on it. I'd been waiting to get invoiced for the pipe when it showed up at my house a couple days ago - turns out they made me a new pipe AND had it powdercoated at ZERO cost to me. Now that's customer service that goes above and beyond the norm! Don't hesitate to buy a kit from them or any other turbo related parts you might need. Stand up guys and great to work with!
