I placed two orders back in December for a total of about $2k. I got initial processing emails from them, then nothing. Their website says my orders are "pending". No other information. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I have called their phone number about a dozen times. I get a message every time saying they are "helping other customers". I don't think I'm on a scam site because an order I placed years ago is listed in my order history. I can't wait much longer because I need the parts. Is my only option to cancel my orders and ask for a refund?

 

I was finally able to speak with the person who handles the orders. Seems he's had a bad case of Covid and fallen behind. He's promised to get my orders moving.
