SLP rules! UPS SUCKS!
I'm leaving for school in the upcoming weekend and I was running through my to-do list and came down to the camaro. I'm leaving it at home and garaged
(thank god) but that in and of itself has complications. My garage is a dust pit!!!! We can't keep any cars clean in there. So there comes in the car cover, my car should have came with one, but I bought it used so here is where SLP comes into play. I bought the 35th LE cover off them no problems. They promptly and professionally gave me all the shipping info and such. I'm tracking it to ups and all of the sudden I find it says they came to my house, I check the date and time...hey I was home when this happened!
No door bell, no note, nothing. So I read the tracking info and it says "vacant lot"...wtf is that? Next day I check and it says returned to sender!
WHAT! This is time sensitive, I'm leaving and my mom will be the only person left in the house and is automotive incompetent...even with a car cover! I call up UPS and ask whats going on. I get boggled around, fed up I drive over the regional headquarters (its 5 mins from my house). Talk to a human being and they give me the same number but this time an extension to dial. Okay lets try that again. Talk to some lady who says the delivery guy said the house was torn down...thats my neighbors house across the street. My house has the address numbers on the mailbox and again on the house right next to the front door. Plainly visible...next to a light! I email SLP to let em know that the package is coming right back to them. They hit me right back saying they sent another one with 2 day overnight! They are sooo cool. I just hope UPS gave them free shipping since they screwed up. Also now need to pray my other UPS shipment (2 total) doesn't have the same thing happen.Spark notes: UPS drivers stupid and blind.
SLP ROCKS!!!!
I know where I'm going back for some parts! SLP is getting my business again!
