TSP: Anyone?

TSP: Anyone? Ordered heads. Was told card would not be charged until shipping time. Got a call two weeks ago from my CC company, on a random fraud check, citing charge at TSP. A week later, last Wed, I spoke with someone at the shop and was told they were shipping today. Requested 2 day air, so that I could honor my appt with Rapid motorsports on Tues.(No Mon. delevery due to labor day) It's Saturday night, I have no heads, and Mike from Rapid is out until late Monday night. Already submitted vacation time off of work. I'm disappointed.

I have ordered many different things from them and they never charged my CC until it was shipping. I ordered a cam from them and it was on back order for over a month, they never charged my CC until the day they shipped it. This is not the norm for them, they are top notch and i would recommend them to anyone.

They've been very nice to talk to. I've got a timeline with other sponsors, as well as members waiting for parts that are coming off of the car. I could have planned accordingly if they told me an accurate time frame.

Sorry for the delay on getting the AFR heads. Trevor had mentioned to me that you were asking about 2 day air shipping the heads to you. I tried to call you & confirm the shipping change, but didn't get a return call. I didn't want to ship you 2 day air without talking to you because it was over $100 more!!

I sent you payment for TEA Stg 2 heads and cam that you NEVER mentioned were still on your car two weeks ago. Your on here complaining about your parts not showing up??????? All you have to do is message me or tell me something about the parts I paid for and i can be patient. I want a tracking # asap.
