Default Slacking Sponser !!!

I did not want to resort to this but here I am
I have been dealing with FMS, Billingsly, for a few years now and all I have to say is I have had nothing but GREAT service with them Candy and Amber are GREAT people to deal with and I wish I had never strayed!!!
But, I did stray away from them one time to get a adjustable master for my car from a Different sponser that converts the GM master into a adjustable back in the second week of Nov. I was charged almost 50 bucks for 2day shipping on a 2lb package but I needed it in 2 days and they did get it to me but, I couldn't beleive they charged almost 50.00 for 2 day air. They charged me a core charge which is understandable they got it back on the 22nd which was about 5days after I got the adjustable unit. Almost a month ago they said my core was in good shape and I would have my money credited back in a few days and here it is almost a month later and no money back yet These things do not take this long to be credited back
So before I go bashing a Sponsers name hopefully they will see this post and get there act together. All I will say about them is that they have been into the LS1's since the begining and they have done great things with the LS1 family of vettes and F-bodys and they have keep it competitive! So if you "sponser" are reading this please dont let your bad service destroy your company's name

Sincerly ,
Mike H.

I don't understand the core charge thing. We use new GM masters not used ones. Have you tried to call them? Sometimes just a simple phone call will clear it all up.

I have called them about twice a week since the week after ThanksGiving and have talked to them about it and they tell me its in process they use used units not new ones plus the fluid was black as night and had little chunks of something in it as well So I called them at first about it because I was a little pissed and concerned about getting a unit that had old crappy fluid in it and they told me that they use a special black synthetic fluid and that it was ok and dont worry about it and if I was worried change the fluid. I felt bad about dealing with them after they made me that statement and felt like returning the unit right back but my car was down and had no option so I took the unit apart cleaned out the old fluid put some dot5 in it installed it and it works good with no issues.
