Derek at TCS ROCKS check out this(unexpected)e-mail i got from him today. my car wouldnt stall up past 2200 without pushing the car. he cruises the boards and saw that and sent this.

Re: Derek at TCS ROCKS I agree. Derek is THE MAN!!! I wanted my converter restalled but live in Texas (his shop is in Maryland) so he built me another converter and is sending it out to me without sending mine back in first. I would recommend Phoenix to ANYONE!!! Hey, they're working for Mikey's 9.70 car. Don't pass these guys up people. And you DEFINATLY don't have to worry about customer service or warranty like some other companies. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
Re: Derek at TCS ROCKS I was very impressed with Derek's technical knowledge and his patience with me when I called researching which convertor company I wanted to spend my money with. Even though I told him I was calling for information only, he treated me as if I was their most important customer. I just wish every company I dealt with had a "Derek" on their customer service line.
