Ordered a set of the LS6 stlye heads from FFHP, had some issues with UPS and some damage but after all the miscommunication was cleared up (mostly due to UPS) they treated me right, got a new set right out to me and gave me a little extra for the troubles.

Take aways: UPS Sucks, FFHP- stand up shop.

When I bought my heads from them, they were shipped in one single walled box through UPS. One of the corners of the head on the deck was damaged in shippment. When I returned the heads due to poor flow, I made it a point to double box the heads to avoid further damage I did not want to be held for. They need to learn how to ship their product.

Yep, Second set came double boxed, but if you saw the damaged box I don't think even double boxing would have helped. The head was totally exposed, the box was ripped wide open from something catching on the corner, and they didn't even bother to try and tape it back up. The heads were completely wrapped and had paper all around them, but an 8" gash for the head to hang out of isn't the shippers fault. I've had a number of problems with UPS and always use Fed Ex now.
