I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable. I place an order on the 2nd of March. Then I changed the order a week later, because my exhuast plans had changed. I was told it would take at least 3 weeks so I didn't think it was a big deal. Unfortunatley the tips were already done, and I would have to wait for the new ones. So I waited . . . that was fine, then I was sent the first set I ordered, the incorrect set. I called and played voicemail tag for a few days stating I would send the tips back for the other set. No one listened, and charged my account for the correct tips without my approval. I sent both tips back because I felt this whole experiance was very poor and just wanted my account credited. I was credited and was under the impression these transactions were finished. Now over a month later on 4/15 what appears to be another set of tips is charged to my account. (This is two unauthorized debits to my account) This was my bank account, NOT a credit card. Thats twice I was left with insufficient funds because someone has debited my account for $136. I feel this is completly unacceptable by a company, and I will never do business with Stainless Works again. I belong to several LS1 community forums and will be posting this complete message on those which you sponser. I think a better explanation is due aside from "there was an error".
