Problems With Fms
I will explain my problem with FMS and i need your advice of what to do now.
The problem started one year ago when i ordered from them 2 engines with some parts but i only received the engines from them without any parts.
I kept calling them every while from last year asking theme about these parts and they gave me different unlogical and unreasonable excuses ( lost @ FedEx, on the way ), till now i have received none from these parts although i paid them the whole money for the 2 engins and the parts and the shipping charges also.
so plz advise me and till me what to do now with this problem?

About my orders maybee i changed befor but the 427 one i'm talking about i didn't change it form the day i order it and to be more clearly this order was from 04/13/2004

coz they were excellent customer serviceI hope Candy or Allan will solve my problem

I completely understand your frustrations and concerns, but I do know that Candy and Allan are doing everything in their power to get your products to you.....However, some circumstances have arisen and need to be taken care of.
I know you have been communicating with Mrs. Candy via Email and I encourage you to continue to do so. We aren't putting you off or ignoring you. We are trying to work with you in every way possible, but certain things need to take place before everything can be solved.

I just speaked with candy and she told me that the parts will shippe tomorrow
so i will call you tomorrow to make sure every thing is OK
