*I paid for it with my first order.* Well UPS shows up at my work today with no new flexplate but wants the wrong one which I dont have at work since the order was shipped to my house and I thought thats where they would pick it up from. So I left work to go get the flexplate to take to UPS and when there ask when the new flexplate will be here and all they can tell me is somtime on Wednsday. I guess that im just upset because i've had this happen once before with Summit but they had me my right part the next day and it was just my trans gauge that I was putting in my self, not somthing that I was having installed at a shop. O-well
I'd say give them a call and it will get cleared up quicker than ever. I try and shy away from emailing shops, to easy to read something wrong or hit the wrong number. Call over the phone, write down who you talked to and what time it was done. And that will make sure it gets done or you can atleast hold someone responsible for a mix up. He ordered a flexplate, we sent him an LT1 plate (incorrectly). THe same day he called to let us know about the error, I personally boxed up and sent him a new correct LS1 plate, without charging for a 2nd one, with only the customers word that he would make sure we got the incorrect one back, and issued a calltag for the wrong LT1 plate.
Call tags are sent electronically, so it appears they came to pick up the wrong one before the new one actually got there.
I tracked it, and it was received wednesday, and we received the incorrect plate back here today (thursday).
Devon, I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I assure you that when I spoke to you on monday, and said I would get the correct one out the same day for, I did, and you can UPS track the box, to prove that I told you the truth. We didnt "sit" on this, and waste any time.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
