when I talked to john they said they learned from their mistake when they shipped your stuff. I feel for you man I was hoping to have it on my car for the last half of summer too

It may not be the vendor's fault, might very well not be. However, when the vendor accepts someone's money, it's the vendor's responsibility to get the product to the customer and solve a problem if one occurs in a timely fashion without exception. I hope GZM is doing all they can.

The real story? Probably hard to come by.

Business is not easy, that's why I didn't go into it. If someone goes into business, it's because they feel they can avoid or at least solve these kind of problems for customers quickly and reasonably. Just my $0.02.

Alot of people seem to have a good experience when GZ is making money off of them, it's when GZ's money is on the line that they show their true colors.

i used to work for UPS. security there is pretty tight for a mail assortment place. most of their terminals are completely surrounded by barbed wire fence. the only way in and out for employees is threw a small security building in the parking lot. they have a walk threw metal detector and hand held detectors. everyone that comes in or out of the building is searched while entering and while leaving. there is NO ******* WAY you could make your way out of a UPS or FEDEX terminal with a T70 or T76 turbo unless you threw it over the fence where no one could see you. even then you would get nailed by a camera.

Default Ups Drivers Steal!

Mainly UPS drivers are the thieves. The above is correct about UPS they do check employees with a metal detector when arriving and leaving. They have barbed wire fence and cameras EVERYWHERE, its almost like a prison. Alot of the drivers have the time to open the packages, remove the items and retape them with tape on the truck. I recently ordered a Dell laptop and the driver stole the laptop out. I cant prove it was him, but the box was cut open, and he ran up to my APT and dropped a door tag stating he tried to deliver the package but I was not home, anyways I tracked him down and sure enough the box was empty but I did not find out till I got home (Friend Carried the box, said it was light, but not that it was empty) anyways I feel like kicking that driver in the NUTS, I know it was him.
