Thumbs down Racetech Speed and Performance.. BOO! (resolved)

Ive tried to get in touch with Terry by all means possible. He doesnt reply to pm's, emails or phonecalls. Its always "umm...can i call you back or ill pm you this afternoon" and nothing. Ive tried my best to have patience with him and he continues to avoid me!! Im trying to replace a few valvesprings that i ordered from him, but he never replies to any messages! He's always late on things and is just overall a bad person to do business with....or maybe its just me. Terry, I hope you get your **** together and stop pushing people off...Im not normally one to bash, but **** like this cant be overlooked! Im not exaggerating or making any of this up just facts! So long story short, dont buy or deal with Racetech Speed and perfromance even though I dont think they're a sponsor anymore and i can see why!

Nino, You dont even know the half of it... As many "GOOD" sponsors as there are on this board there is NO REASON IN HELL that anyone should resort to dealing with Terry..

What, so you post this but then go ahead and delete it again? "issues have been resolved in a timely manner." You had a chance to post about how the resolution occurred -- that's why I didn't just lock the darn thing the first time I undeleted it, but apparently I should have locked it right away... shouldn't be having to come back and resurrect something more than once.

Showing how problems are resolved by a company is just as much useful information/feedback as the 'no problems, great transaction' posts are.
