I contacted Ryan @ UMI through Private Message on this forum around 11am this morning, and I had a tracking number for a set of subframe connectors by 2pm in my email box! They were shipped literally minutes after I placed my order, and I should receive them on Thursday.

THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'll post up pictures and a review of their boxed SFC's after the install on Friday. Just wanting to post about how happy I am with the immediate shipment of my order.
