Default Almost a week and no return.

I purchased HP Tuners about a week ago and and have not heard anything from them. I also wrote them a letter requesting information on the order status. There isn't a phone number to call and I am begining to worry. How long did it take for HP Tuners to contact any of you? Doesn't seem like good Customer support.

I just received mine last week, and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get. From what I understand they are a small staffed company that dropships the software from another manufacturer.

I've had responses, I ordered mine LATE Monday night, it still hasn't shipped as per the email from Keith. I really wanted it by this past Saturday, but that didn't happen. Hopefully it gets here this week.

Never had an issue with either of my cables being late & wouldnt expect for either of you guys to have issue getting yours soon.

Guys, not all companies can ship their products in 2-3 days. With a product such as HPTuners that is specialized per order, it will take time. I so far haven't heard of HPT really screwing anyone out of their product.

In this case, the issue is not knowing the status of the order. In the past, there have been people that have waited 2+ weeks for their items to ship from HP Tuners. When you order something, in this guys case above, and don't receive any confirmation that a real person has acknowledged your order a week later you start to get worried. In my case, I PM'ed Keith before I ordered. It just seems that the shipping issue is completely out of their hands as he processed my order last Tuesday, and as of yesterday it still hadn't shipped

I received the item today, it was well worth the extra week of waiting.
