I would strongly recommend everyone that is considering suspension or chassis upgrades to give UMI a try. I recieved an order from them a couple of weeks ago with some parts missing due to UPS damaging the box and they fell out. UMI sent me another set of parts pronto.

After I put the parts on I had a few questions. Since Ryan had been talking with me through PM's I called UMI and asked for him. The lady that answered the call put me on hold then came back and asked " who's calling?"
It was clear that Ryan was busy. I say Mike, and that I had been communicating with him about a question concerning some parts. Put me on hold and he got right on the phone with me and talked for several minutes with no hint of being in too big of a hurry to help a customer. I felt very comfortable talking with him.

Some of my parts included sub frame connectors. They were the 2" boxed style powdercoated in red and only 139 bucks. The powdercoating was also very thick.

I hit every sponsor's site looking for these parts and there was not one reason to even consider any other brand of chassis and suspension parts.

UMI is getting the job done with prices that are unbeatable and customer service is the best in the business!

Mike, I am glad to help out and I apprecaite the business. I do get very busy but I always try to make time to help a customer. We have to screen those crazy salesman calls trying to sell us refridgerator magnets!
