Anyone have a Hardcore built engine?
Anyone have a Hardcore built engine? I'm going to be contacting Hardcore Motorsports about buying a WP block and heads. I will also inquire about having them build a short or long block as well, assuming prices are inline. Do any of you FI guys have any experience (good or bad) with Hardcore. I hear they have a fast race car or two, but that doesn't tell me anything about their customer service or track record with building FI engines for customers...
I don't know much about them other than looking at their website. The only thing that bothered me about the website was that they tout a huge / gorgeous showroom and talk about all their racing experience... that stuff doesn't come cheap so I'm assuming the customer pays for the fluff with every transaction (expect high prices). Given that they appear to be selling the WP products at suggested retail also supports my suspicions.
I'm all ears, I'd like to hear input before I give anyone my hard earned money.

Actually, Wheel to Wheel in Madison Heights built my motor. Gotta give them props on a bullet proof motor, so far, lol...
To answer your question, I recently went to Hardcore for some work... they had great customer service and I felt the guys up their went out of their way to take care of me... I would reccomend talking to Jason and ask him any questions you have or about their new motor. I dont know much about the WP motors. PM me if you need or have any other questions. Hope this helps...
