i have only shopped at LS1 sped like three or four times so i dont have a lot of experience with them but i have ALWAYS gotten GREAT customer service. especially with chris. he was up front with me and very helpful and not too pushy which was great. it makes me wanna go back.
the only thing that i can say that is negative is that im an impatient person with my part and 2 times it took a long time to get my parts. they said that they were on back order or soemthing but it took like 2 weeks, i think a little longer to get my shift light. but other than that, i love it

Surprised you guys got your stuff right from them! I couldn't even get stock manifold gaskets to the y-pipe from these guys right, twice in a row! For some reason they don't know the difference between the left side and the right side gaskets. So I just went to a Gm dealer and paid less for them. I guess if you want it done right then do it yourself.

I have been ordering thew Speed and tom since 1999. i have never had an issue with them, the products they sell, or the people that work there. and if i have, they fix it right away so IMO if it is fixed right away, its not an issue.
100% of the people i have sent to speed are also 100% happy with servise and pricing.
To me, toms offer above is a pretty good one.
