I have sent about $3000 worth of business to TSP cuz i do alot of the installs on our local site here in hawaii. So i got and order and TSP y-pipe for my car on Nov-22 and today was Dec 7 and i call to find out that it hasnt even been shipped They new i was in hawaii cuz i had to other people getting pacesetter LT and ORY. So i told the guy to send it and he said it would be a month with the shipping price that they gave me 
and for UPS it would be another $40 so im looking at $70 to ship to hawaii??? thats way to high. I have stuff shipped to me all the time, hell i shipped a welder to florida that was over 50lbs and it cost me $45 to ship it 3 day air so i told them to forget it That my 2cents on that...... Thats pretty out of the norm with respects to my experiences with TSP. I've been in touch with them quite a bit over the past few months, talking about different directions with respects to my car. Then my motor **** out on me, and now I have a forged 347 coming out of the machine shop right now, and I talk to him 4x a week since I decided to go with them. No problems for me.
If you are just venting, thats one thing. I would have suggested talking to Jason or Zach, they always help me out whenever I need something. I talk to Joseph up there too when I get the chance....when he's bullshittin, not workin in the shop

I'm sorry for the mix up on the y pipe 
It was completely my fault on the order not getting processed. The guys told me I forgot about it last night & when they said it I remembered the order. If you will give me the oportunity to make it up to you I would like to cover the 2 day shipping to you in Hawaii.

You know there is nothing in the world that I respect more then some one just coming out and saying, "Hey man that was my fault", then to give me the run around and blow smoke up my aZZ like some other vendor on this site.

Nothing like a person who knows what accountability is.I been dealing with Brian at TSP on build, and I cant think of one thing bad to say about the guys at TSP. When I was just ordering basic bolt-ons Brian treated me like I was their biggest customer. So when I change directions and decided to build a 402, it was a no brainer to go with TSP. They earned my business from their customer service, honesty and great reputation on building qualtiy setups and standing behind their products. Shane

TSP has all ways been good to my friends too. It just the guy i talked to "not jason" that day didnt even seem to care so thats what made me mad. I will call tomarrow or if you still have the info send it Thanx alot.
