BIG thumbs up to TomZwheels
BIG thumbs up to TomZwheels just wanted to let everyone know what a GREAT experience I had ordering from Tomzwheels.
i ordered a set of 17x9.5" TTII's in the "classic" finish. for those of you not familiar, they have a grey painted center and polished lip and are custom built to order, there is no "stock" for them to pull from. when i placed the order, the staff was really nice and helpful and informed me that the wheels were custom order and would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. since i was in no hurry, that was fine by me. transaction went great and i was really satisfied with the service. they even promised to call me back ever so often to keep me updated since it would be so long before they came in..this order was placed around Thanksgiving..
that brings us to today..my wheels (scheduled to arrive end of January) arrived YESTERDAY!! a whole MONTH early!! hows that for customer service? talk about making my day (not to mention an early Christmas present)!!
