Yank Performance
Yank Performance I ordered a converter from Dave on Dec. 30th 2005 and paypal him right away. Called back on the Jan 12th talked to Dave again and he said that my converter would ship out on the Jan 23th 2005. I still have not recieved my converter. Where the hell is it.
No email's no tracking number. nothing I guess I have to call him agian Monday the Jan 30th.
I see on another thread how guys got there converter in 5 days or less what the hell???
I was told by alot of guys in my area not to buy a Yank. I guess I should have listen to them and went with someone else.
Yank customer service starting to suck in my book.

That's really odd, I've bought used parts and different stuff from Dave. Great guy and i'd definately step up to a Yank if you want performance. Something must have happened?
Well The converter should be here today. I am thinking of putting it in the for sale section to get rid of it. I dont want it. I am even thinking about calling back and getting a refund. Took way too long for me. Still got no explaintion for the time delay. Only reason I know its going to be here today is because UPS left the a notice on my door yesterday.
HA, try sending one in to get it fixed under warranty. I did it twice, had confirmation of delivery and Yank told me both times they did have it until weeks later. I gave up and got rid of it.
i ordered a TC from them a little while ago. I called them a few times seeing when it would ship out and wanted a tracking number the day it left so i could plan on getting off/help to put it in. Someone took my email, phone number etc...it just showed up one day after that...sweet TC, but not so sweet help from them.

i went thru the same thing with them on a rear crossmember for 4L60E torque arm relocation. i had to call several times. dave told me their mailed got burned up or something crazy. that was one of the excuses why it took so long to get my money back.. i also bought their 4000ss converter. it lasted about 3 months & exploded. their junk
