Problems with QTP? Has anyone had problems with QTP (Quick Time Performance) and getting parts from them? I have called 3 different times within like 6 months, asking for a part for my QTEC cutout (the butterfly valve) all three times they've said they will ship it out (for free). I haven't recieved anything either time. Do I have to pay for it or something? I don't mind, I just want the part.
They do seem to have an issue with shipping the right items, or shipping them at all. I'll be calling them AGAIN sometime next week to try and have some simple instructions sent to me, which they promised last time. I will say the guys there are very polite and helpful on the phone, but when it comes time to ship out what was promised, it just doesn't happen.
